RL - Gai's Birthday Party

((OOC: Script-formating for myself to keep things simple/quick. You all may use whatever you want of course. ^^))

[Streamers, several blankets, a basket of dumplings and a few bottles of sake have been set up to start things off for Gai's birthday bash. Just off to the side there appears to be an impromptu stage (a wooden crate) next to a karaoke machine (don't ask how it's been rigged up to actually work). Gai is looking over the site to make sure everything is there and perfect.]

[Gai gladly accepts the gift.] "How beautifully wrapped - it will almost be a shame to rip it away! Ah but where are my manners?"

[Dramatic, boldly-spoken Gai time.] "Thank you Neji! It warms my heart to be able to celebrate my birthday with one of my dear pupils! Come now, make yourself at home!"

[He holds up the basket of dumplings for Neji with a chuckle and a tooth-glint.]

[The smile fades off, and he tries not to roll his eyes. Tries. Not that it's obvious anyway.]

"... You're welcome, Gai-sensei. Are the other two here yet? And thank you."

[He takes a dumpling hesitantly.]
